Design
At BioFigR, the design process is tailored to meet your specific research needs while ensuring the highest quality output. We start by working with data in Excel, CSV, or TSV formats—ensuring your data is properly formatted for optimal analysis. Please note that FASTQ reads or raw sequencing files are not required at this stage; we will focus on the processed data for efficient analysis.

Our bespoke approach includes selecting the right colour schemes for your figures, especially in distinguishing key elements like controls versus treatments or increases versus decreases across different conditions. We collaborate with you to ensure the colour choices are both aesthetic and scientifically effective, making your results easier to interpret.

For projects requiring multiple figures, we offer a multipanel layout design. Each panel will be clearly labelled (e.g., (A), (B), (C)) and structured around a common theme or main analysis, providing a cohesive representation of your data. Whether it's bar plots, heatmaps, or PCA plots, we ensure that the layout tells a clear and compelling story.

Throughout the process, revisions are welcomed. We understand that designing the perfect figure is a collaborative effort, and we will work closely with you to make adjustments at every step, ensuring the final output aligns with your vision.

The final output will be provided as high-quality PDF vector images, along with all accompanying R code for transparency and reproducibility. This allows you to review, make edits, or adapt the code for future work, ensuring that your figures evolve alongside your research.

Data Format
Submit your data in Excel, CSV, or TSV format, ensuring it is ready for streamlined analysis and interpretation. FASTQ sequencing data is not necessary.

Multipanel Layout
Organize multiple figures within a cohesive and visually aesthetic layout, using clear labels to present a unified narrative across your analysis.

Tailored Colour Palette
Craft a personalized color scheme that aligns with your research theme, allowing distinct visualization of treatments, controls, and data trends.

Revisions
Refinements are welcome throughout the process, ensuring each figure is
tailored to your requirements before final delivery.

Custom Graph Selection
Select from a range of graph types, from bar plots to heatmaps, ensuring that each visualization communicates your data in the most impactful way.

Final Output
Receive high-resolution PDF vector images and R code for full reproducibility, allowing for easy edits and adaptation in future work.
